Angel Yard Co-Housing in Norwich for TOWN. a 34-home co-housing scheme, has been submitted to Norwich Council for planning.

The project was instigated by an incredible group of local residents who saw the potential of this site, and the opportunity for an intentional and sustainable community. Cleverly they partnered with TOWN. who's track record with Marmalade Lane and other schemes is leading the national resurgence in co-housing.

Archio been collaborating with the amazing TOWN. team of Gemma HolyoakNeil MurphyFrances Wright and Mike Bodkin, who've been guiding the process through the engagement, viability, business planning, planning (in a highly contested historic quarter of Norwich) and co-design stages, all while supporting growing membership of the co-housing group. It's quite something to design the homes of 34 families simultaneously, and the group themselves have been dedicated, rigorous and kind throughout the process.
